3D File Commercial Use License

This Commercial Use License applies to all 3D files purchased from BLOG MEDIA SRL / HOLSTERS.PRO.

By purchasing or downloading a 3D file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file subject to the terms below.

1. Permitted Commercial Use

The purchaser is permitted to use the purchased 3D file for commercial manufacturing purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Using the file to 3D print forming molds, tools, fixtures, or other physical objects.
Using the resulting physical mold or tool to manufacture Kydex holsters, magazine carriers, and other physical products.
Selling the physical products manufactured using the purchased file.
Manufacturing an unlimited number of physical products using the purchased file.
Using any suitable material or manufacturing method for the resulting physical products.
Using the file as part of a commercial manufacturing business, including manufacturing products for customers or other businesses.

No additional per-unit royalty or production fee is required.

2. Digital File Restrictions

The purchased 3D file remains the intellectual property of BLOG MEDIA SRL / HOLSTERS.PRO.

The purchaser may not:

Resell the digital file.
Share, transfer, lend, or give the digital file to another person or company.
Upload or distribute the file on websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services, cloud storage accessible to third parties, social media, or any other platform.
Make the file publicly available in any form.
Sublicense or otherwise grant another person or company the right to use the digital file.
Include the digital file with any physical product, service, or other offering.
Claim ownership or authorship of the original digital design.
Present the purchased file or the original design as their own work.

The purchaser may not use the purchased file as a means of providing access to the digital design to third parties.

3. Modifications and Derivative Files

The purchased 3D files may not be modified, edited, altered, or otherwise transformed.

The purchaser may not create or distribute modified or derivative digital versions of the files.

Any modified or derivative digital file remains subject to the same intellectual property rights and may not be distributed or commercially exploited as a digital file.

4. Ownership

This license grants permission to use the purchased 3D file under the terms stated above. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the digital file or the underlying design.

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by BLOG MEDIA SRL / HOLSTERS.PRO.

5. Physical Products

There is no restriction on the quantity of physical products manufactured using the purchased file.

The purchaser is free to manufacture and sell physical products made using the file, provided that the digital file itself is not distributed, resold, transferred, or otherwise made available to third parties.

6. License Validity

The license is granted to the original purchaser of the 3D file.

The license may not be transferred or assigned to another person or company.

If the purchaser is a company or other legal entity, the license applies to that entity and its authorized personnel acting on its behalf.

7. Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading a 3D file from BLOG MEDIA SRL / HOLSTERS.PRO, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Commercial Use License.
